I'm passionate about understanding user needs and creating experiences that are tailored to them. I have experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. I'm also experienced in creating personas and journey maps to help inform the design process.

WA State DCYFWA

The Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) had 3 urgent Early Childhood education initiatives. In this research plan, I outlined the scope and methods for a discovery sprint for each project.

DreamStudio Accessibility

I performed an unmoderated user study to examine how intuitive and accessible the DreamStudio art generator is. I also explored how it's empowering those with disabilities in a separate but related study.
